SO MUCH TO DO SO LITTLE TIME!!! I enjoy nature walks... but I'm not sure Lena does lol. I also imagine early morning won't be a time anyone will be awake (except for me probably... making pancakes to sober everyone up again lol) and we've got so many other things going on already! I doubt I'd go to DollyWood though which I think is Wed... so maybe I'd be up for this instead... I dunno, depends on what the woman wants in the end right? lol

I plan on getting drunk as a skunk and dry hump a large stuffed animal.

Tony I was thinking that since we are in the Smokys it would be nice to enjoy the beauties of nature. I don't know everyones phsyical conditions so no long strenuous hiking.

Alex I never thought bout biking a trail .. But knowing my luck I'll hit a tree root & flip over my handle bars .. Lol !!

Lol...if it is a trail I can ride, then I would do that, but if not then I will walk it...any difficulty is fine with me...it will get me into shape...

Laura, sent You some info.

Alex, inside the Great Smokey National Park Bikes are not allowed off the pavement, but there is the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail which is really close to the Mansion...........but why not rent another jeep?

Speedy3 idk if everyone would be up for a hike that long. I'm down for a long hike but the again I've also hiked the first half of the Ga portion of the AT. :-D

ro4fd I got you PM .. Awesome suggestions :-) !! Just gotta make a decision .. It seems that people wanna hike to a waterfall so that's playing a big factor. [/color]

3-4 hours would cut into a big portion of the day... don't forget it will be june and it *could* be rather warm... so it'd be an early morning hike most likely I'd assume...

Laura, not sure if you saw this link but there are several shorter hiking trails in the area.

There is tons of great hiking in the smokies, only like 20 minutes away from the mansion.  Alum Gap trail and Chimney Tops are both great trails.

Thanks Mazda Dude for the link I'll make sure to check it out. It seems like the people want to see some waterfalls so I'm going to start looking at trails close to the mansion to hike that have nice waterfalls. I'll post up what I find. :)

Yeah, about 5 of those on that link I posted are with waterfalls. Some are near Baskins Creek which is where most ppl I know are staying. Not sure where the mansion is though...

I think I might go hiking on Sunday.  I am only heading back to Atlanta so the drive back isn't a whole day affair.
